You are not entitled to Attendance Allowance if your right to reside is subject
to any limitation or condition. There are a number of exceptions to this rule-
You will be able to claim if-
-You have refugee status
or
-You have exceptional leave to remain or enter
or
-You (or a member of your family who you live with) are legally working in
Great Britain and are a Tunisian, Slovenian, Morroccan
or Algerian national
or -You are a national of any EEC country or of Norway.
